News from Bank of Georgia’s Elva money transfers!
Now you can send an “Elva” transfer through SMS Banking or from a bank service center. Its recipient will be able to cash it at any Bank of Georgia’s ATM machine or service center. In order to receive a transfer it is not obligatory for the recipient to own Bank of Georgia’s plastic card.
When sending a money transfer through SMS Banking a sender gets a transfer code through an SMS. For cashing a money transfer a sender should notify the recipient only of the transfer code and transfer amount.
Only by indicating a transfer code and transfer amount transfer recipient will be able to cash a money transfer at any Bank of Georgia’s ATM machine easily without a plastic card. Customer should choose Elva Transfer cashing without card option at the ATM machine and follow simple instructions.
It is also quite easy to send an “Elva” transfer through SMS Banking. Customer should type in: ELVA # last four digits of plastic card number # recipient first name # recipient last name # transfer amount # GEL on his/her mobile phone. The typed text can be sent from any mobile operator to 4444.
Terms and conditions of “Elva” transfer:
· Receiving/sending of amount possible in GEL only;
· Maximum limit of receiving/sending amount – 1,500 GEL;
· Receiving fee – 0%*.
Money transfer will not be eligible for cashing without a plastic card if:
· Transfer code, transfer amount or/and recipient was incorrectly indicated (chosen);
· Customer does not agree upon terms and conditions of cashing without card;
· ATM machine does not have corresponding amount of transfer or currency notes.
Sender can cancel transfer sent from bank service center or through SMS Banking at any of Bank ofGeorgia service center.
It is possible to send/receive “Elva” money transfers at Bank of Georgia service centers located in more than 30 cities nationwide.
