Energy Efficiency Loan
Heat your home and save your finances through “Bank of Georgia’s” “Energy Efficiency Loan”.
“Energy Efficiency Loan” will assist you with rational use of power resources and power efficient furnishing of your living apartments/houses.
The designated project is financed by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)(GEEP) through a special credit line opened for Bank of Georgia by Georgia’s Energy Efficiency Program (GEEP).
“Energy Efficiency Loan” is issued for purchase of the following distinctively energy efficient equipment and materials: *
- Boilers and central heating systems;
- Double glazed windows;
- Thermal isolation of roofs, walls and floors;
- Solar Heaters;
- Biomass ovens;
- Bio digesters for family manufactures.
Loan Terms and Conditions: :
- Loan is issued to any physical person with Georgian citizenship;
- From 22 to 65 years of age;
- Credit currency – GEL,**, USD;
- Maximum term of credit: 120 months;
- Fixed annual interest rate in GEL guaranteed with the real estate property: up to 15%.
Subsidies:
- With use of “Energy Efficiency Loan” you receive 15% of initial basic credit amount back to your credit account in form of subsidy (qualified as a grant) from BP and its partner organizations;
- The above mentioned amount is fully at creditor’s disposal;
- Project framework implies a single physical person to receive a subsidiary amount only once.
