If you have savings but not enough to purchase, build or renovate  home, Bank of Georgia offers Hypo+ with special terms:

• Monthly income of the lender – 950 GEL*;
• Loan currency – USD, GEL;
• Loan term – 6 – 180 months
• Annual interest rate – From 12%**;
• Co participation – not required;
• Guarantee - purchasable/repairable flat/house or any other real estate.

*For maintenance loan 750 GEL
**Up to 60 months issued loans - Fixed rate in GEL  15%;
